Do you need a visa?

Some nationalities do not need to apply for visas to travel to Abu Dhabi for the conference.
Abu Dhabi visit visa is free of charge upon arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport for citizens of the following countries:

Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Bahrain, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Honduras, Hong Kong (SAR of China), Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, Nauru, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, People’s Republic of China, Peru, Poland, Republic of Mauritius, Republic of El Salvador, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, San Marino, Serbia, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Solomon, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Vatican, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America, Uruguay

GCC citizens do not need a visa to enter the UAE.

Citizens of all other countries will need to apply for an Abu Dhabi tourist visa or visit visa prior to their trip.

Do you need an invitation letter to the conference and an official acceptance notification for your paper?

Before requesting an Invitation Letter, author(s) must register for the conference and provide proof of registration.

To issue your invitation letter / acceptance notification we need the following data:

• Last Name
• First Name
• Address
• Affiliation
• Nationality
• Date Of Birth
• Passport Number
• Passport Date of Issue
• Passport Date of Expiry
• Passport Issuing Authority
